Due to a serious situation arising within the family, I am afraid that I am having to make changes to the plans for the September events. Those of you who have been to the camps before, or who talk to me elsewhere, will know that it would take an awful lot for me to do this. The four of us are OK, but we need to be there for others right now.

Spiritsense: I have contacted all the people from whom I have received booking forms and we have agreed to move the camp to a new location. A friend of mine has very kindly allowed me to use her retreat for Spiritsense 2004, so there is no need for me to spend time setting up and I can arrive just before it is due to start. I am very relieved about this and would like to thank attendees for their cooperation at this difficult time.

Educationsense Gathering: This is heartbreaking, but I am afraid I must cancel the camp. It just wouldn't be the same if we didn't have the usual facilities and my friend can't accommodate that size of camp anyway. I don't have time to work out all the workshops and set up, as well as supporting the family members that need me. I hope you understand that I must prioritise them right now. If you have sent a booking form, I will be contacting you by snail mail during this week to arrange your full refunds, and also some vouchers for the shop and next year's camp as compensation. I really am very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience the cancellation has caused you and your family. Please come along next year and I will make it up to you - I've already started planning the theme and I promise you won't want to go home at the end!

The Virtual Educationsense Gathering: This is going ahead and it's going to be fantastic. I'll be online (http://www.educationsense.com) every day throughout the week, and I hope you'll join in with the fun, as there will be some new features on the website, especially for you. I'll announce this properly in a few days when family things settle down.
