Educationsense Camp - Virtual Postcards
from the Educationsense Gathering 2002
There are 14 virtual Telegrams for the Educationsense Gathering 2002,
from the rest of the world. During the real life camp, a facility was
set up on the website to enable Internet users to send messages to the

| Thank you
Wendy and Peter for a most wonderful break! We will never
forget the atmosphere ...can Lynn please bottle it and market
it as an aromatherapy oil which delivers an uplifting boost?
Special thanks for Shan, also Nessie and Jamie. We were bought
home by a very nice man from the AA and his big transporter
after 30 miles of our return journey. A wise motor mechanic
invests in Relay, especially when he runs ancient Citroens. We
have made so many new friends and will raise a glass to you
all this evening! Twizzle has crashed out on his beloved
sofa...as a dog who normally sleeps for 20 hours a day he has
a lot of catching up to do. |

Hello
everyone, we were SO sad to leave you but when we got home the
kittens were bravely staggering out of their box on to the
carpet so clearly we had to be here for this momentous event.
Then a phone call told us that Mighty Aunt Phyl (95)
was in a huff because we hadn't phoned so her visit today to
stay with us (huge event planned for months) was cancelled!
.... so our dutiful exit from the camp was for nothing it
seemed (scream). But all ended well when we phoned and spoke
to her attendants in the home who had pacified her dignity and
John's now on his way to collect her from West Wales to come
and stay.
Educationsense Camp is a jewel, a treasure,
a miracle. We have been to so many events and camps and too
often found that safety either physical or emotional was not
nurtured. Because Wendy and Pete and their circle so carefully
create safety we were free to open out and be our best kind of
being ... oh it was just lovely.
I will write more
about it in detail later for you and for other lists etc but
for now just THANK YOU.
Shan who is leaving a
trail of red ochre on everything she touches - our bed looks
like it's been tie dyed! especially as we had a good time in
it when we arrived home.
Love and kisses. |

| Hello and
good morning from Magicland! We have just finished our morning
meeting, and I wanted to thank you all for the Telegrams we
have received so far - the attendees were delighted to hear
from you! In answer to your question, Sue, we have a 56k modem
connection via GPRS, to my laptop, which is sitting in the
Magic Hat Cafe, and this enables me to bring you all to the
Camp. :o) The first postcards will be sent this afternoon, and
I am about to bring the first Camp pictures online - see the
Gallery. Hope you are having a great time too! Take care,
Wendy. xx |

Hello every
one! We hope you are having a great time! We are a family
from Spain, and today is the firnst time we visite your
webpage, which we think is great, and we wished we could be
closer to England to assist to thes Camp! Maybe next year.
At the moment homeschooling is not legal in Spain and it tis
dificult to go against the flow, but we are about 100 families
altoghether and we are working for being recognised legaly.
Also there isnīt much info about homeschooling in Spain
for which, to find your webpage was great, we hope to visit
you some day! Bye Bye from Barcelona, Spain Familia

Yes, I know
I'm supposed to be there! We have a problem with the electrics
on our trailer tent, which we'll hopefully fix tomorrow
(Friday). So we will be with you, but not until Saturday.
See you soon! |
