Educationsense Camp - Virtual Postcards
from the Educationsense Gathering 2002
There are 12 virtual Postcards from the Educationsense Gathering 2002, New Forest, England.
We had my laptop set up in The Magic Hat Café,
and camp attendees were able to use the computer to send postcards to
the website for others to read.
| From Susie (age 3) |
I
like Finn. He's my friend. We played together every
day and I want to see him again soon. I will take my
lantern home and maybe I'll make another one tomorrow. I
liked the stories and music, but the sausages were good.
Did you like my Mummy's camp? |
|
| From Eve
(Wendy's mum) |
As the
grandmother of the group, I have enjoyed watching the children
at story times, and their imagination come out in so many ways.
Watched the joy as they made lanterns from scratch and have
been really impressed and delighted by how the children have
integrated with each other. It's been a joy to be
here. |

I had fun
at camp. I did a workshop and I hope I have fun next year. And

Ellie. |

I've really
had fun at the camp, and it's a very nice spot to choose to
have a camp. Bye bye to everybody! |

My
favourite workshop was making lanterns. I had fun making
friends. |

I've
really, really enjoyed this camp, and I hope the next one is
just as fun, because I think this is one of the best camps I
have ever been to. I hope you have enjoyed it too! A big thank
you to everyone for making it nice. |

Sorry to be
going, had a brilliant time, and really, really looking

here! |

| From
Wendy at the Camp |
Wish you
all were here! We had a wonderful final night: telling our
campsite neighbours about Home Education in a very noisy
procession by candlelight, eating pancakes and drinking
champagne, and making lots of music! |
