"We have nothing to lose except our clutter!"

Here is this week's Plan from the de-cluttering programme. If you are new to the de-cluttering programme, and would like to join in, please go here instead.   If you would like to begin the second cycle and/or have the Weekly Plans e-mailed to you, please set your preferences here.  Everything will shortly be available online.

Don't forget to delete your e-mail from last week. Your HE Clutter list folder should be empty apart from this e-mail! If you have kept anything else, tell me what it is, and I will put it on the website and you will be able to bookmark it instead... Also, don't forget to write your journals (even a one-liner is fine)- you can now enter your journals at the World of Sense Portal and the same system will be accessible from Educationsense and Spiritsense once I have got all the websites talking to each other, so you won't have to re-enter everything. It's quick and easy to write an entry, so please give it a go!

The theme for this week is: "Preparation".

Message from Wendy: Sorry the Plan is late today, but it was my first day back at work after Christmas... Enough said! On the subject of the Weekly Plans, I would welcome some fresh feedback on the Plans during this cycle, as I've been analysing the list archives and private mail you have sent to me and have pinpointed some areas where I think you would like me to expand with extra Plans. Please let me know what you think of the new additions. In case you are new to the Plans, please don't be put off at the thought of me increasing the number of weeks it takes to get to the end of a cycle - the idea is that you repeat the cycles as many times as you need to, rather than to rush to get everything done every week. This way, everyone goes at their own pace.

Remember the little-by-little approach and, as always, do what you feel you are able - don't try to pressure yourself to achieve objectives in any way. In the end, you will only be fighting yourself, as we will be re-visiting these topics in later cycles and you will find that you can do a little more each time. If you are finding things tough, just try to do one thing. As long as you do more than nothing, you can achieve your goals.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: In order to have a weekly Plan e-mailed to you, please set your preferences here.

As always, I welcome your feedback because it helps me to come up with new ideas and solutions for you.

Good luck everyone, and DO try this at home!

Wendy.
